DNA test

My 17 yr old son's ex girlfriend is pregnant and claiming the baby is his, though there is a possibility we are not sure. How can I get a court ordered DNA after the baby is born

Re: DNA test

One of them will have to file a paternity action. If the mother files it in order to get a child support order, your son can request a dna test.
