how can i get my license supension lifted from the child support judge once i made a payment so that i can use it to get employment

First of all, the Motor Vehicle Administration could have issued you a work-restricted license instead of a complete suspension, so you could immediately seek that if you didn't get it. Second, once you have paid off your arrearage, or made at least 6 consecutive months of payments against the arrearage, you would have to apply to the judge or to the Child Support Enforcement Administration for an order or notice to be sent to MVA authorizing reinstatement of your license.
