Earnings

My husband filed for divorce after 12 years of marriage, he's a realtor, made a killing last year and possibly bought a house. How do I go about finding out this information. He has denied all of this. Please help!!

You are entitled to this information through the process of pretrial discovery in the divorce action. Under Maryland law, income earned and property acquired during the marriage is marital property, and is therefore subject to division by the divorce court between the parties.
