Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland
My estranged husband's exwife has repeatedly harrassed my 9 year old son and me. Unfortunately we each have 9 yr old in the same school. The elementary school has agreed that they will make sure that my son will have no contact with her if I provide some sort of letter to them. Help!! I have no background and I really do not want to come out sounding like a complete fool!

It sounds like you just need to write the letter, instructing the school to keep the woman away from your son, if that is possible. If that doesn't work, you could seek a court order known as a peace order. You might want to send her a letter or email warning her that you will take legal action if she doesn't leave your son alone, unless you think that will just provoke her to increase these activities.
