I need to file an exception in a child support case in maryland and have no idea where to start

I would recommend consulting with an experienced family law attorney immediately. There are specific rules that must be followed regarding ordering of a transcript, filing deadlines, content of the exceptions petition, etc. that must be followed. In addition, there must be a specific basis for the exceptions (i.e., the master made a mistake of some sort).
