Exceptions to child support when parent is a minor

My son is sixteen and attends school. He father a child by an eighteen year old. Support was issued for him to pay 272.00 mthly. He only works part-time with my business. Can his income from working in a business owed and operated by his parent be attached and enforced by wage order? Is there exceptions?

If he earns legitimate income it doesn't matter that the source is his parents. You may be his parent but you're also his employer.
