Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

My ex-husband and his attorney have re-opened our divorce case (on 8/10/09) again to try and get sole custody of my 13 year old daughter. Our divorce was in 2004 and was closed then, with me recieving sole legal and physical custody. In 2007 he re-opened the case to try and get sole custody. I agreed to joint custody and the case was closed on 5/12/08. This time I have proof that my ex-husband perjured himself and omitted certain facts to make his case. I can not afford an attorney. What do I do?

You may be eligible for a pro bono (free) attorney or a reduced fee attorney depending on your income level. Contact your county bar association for more details. Your experience with this in the past should convince you that trying to do this without professional help is a bad idea.
