If he is not in compliance with a court order, you can file a petition for contempt of court, requesting that the court force him to comply. Perhaps a reminder in the form of a phone call or letter that he is required to comply with the order will suffice.

You can send a letter, priority mail, delivery confirmation with a demand for the returns. Enclose the order and highlight the section regarding his obligations and tell him that he is currently in contempt of the court's order. Give him two weeks to comply with the order. If he does not, you can file a motion for contempt.
