Does a homosexual act between a man and a man during the course of the man's marriage to a woman constitute adultery in Maryland?''

Adultery is defined as sexual intercourse between a married person and another not his/her spouse. So in this instance if the men engaged in what would be considered a sexual act, it would seem to qualify as adultery.
