Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

i received a call from a person that saying is my son .i don't know if that is truth or not. i know his mother with who i had a affair 20 years ago. he is 19 years old and live in peru south america. what he can claim ? :adn test,chilt support,retroactive child support,etc. i din't know his existence , i can have problems,go to the jail. thanks for your help.

A nineteen year old can not claim child support. He can claim nothing from you except possibly from your estate when you die, if you have no will which excludes him.

A 19-year-old is an adult and no longer entitled to child support from a parent. It's too late for him to claim it.
