Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

I file ProSe compliant of Divorse along with the Voluntary Separation and Maritial property agreement, he is contesting the Latter and he filed and answered the motion five days late, what do I do now?

I assume you mean he filed his answer to the complaint five days late as opposed to the "motion". If not, rewrite your question and be more specific. However, even if an answer is filed late if a default hasn't been taken it will be accepted by the court. So now you must be prepared to litigate the issues that have been raised regarding children if any, property disposition, debts, etc. You would be will advised to seek the assistance of a family attorney. If you income qualify you may be able to find one at a reduced fee or even pro bono (free). Contact the bar association in your county for more information.
