hello i filed for a child support payment reduction and the papers say the mailed the copy to the mother then said 4d return and 4d reopen for enforcement then says 4d petition for contempt and show cause what does this mean

I don't know what "4d" means, but it would appear that the mother or someone on her behalf has filed a petition for contempt and has requested a show cause hearing.
