I filed a complaint for Absolute Divorce with martial assets and my financal statement, my husband filed a counter-complaint for absolute divorce, his financial statement and answer to complaint divorce. my question is: do I need to file an anwser to Complaint (DOM REL 50) for his counter complaint (DOM REL 94)?
