filed separation papers over 3 years ago

but he has been back several times- one thing he agreed t owas to pay me almost $4000 in 2 week after he left. can i file a judgement with interest- was for mortgage and also sell the car he refuses to remove from garage (after running ad in paper)

You will have to resolve financial issues between you and your husband through a divorce proceeding. You can sell the car if only your name is on the title, otherwise it will be treated as marital property and disposed of through the divorce. Consult a family law attorney to see if you have adequate grounds to file your case at this time.
