Is this fraud?
My stbx's g/f accepted money from him and purchased a home solely in her name. Someone told me this is fraud and I could have a civil case against her for knowingly accepting money that was originally mine from the equity my stbx took out of our house.
Is this true?

No. You have no case against the girl friend. But you have a case against your stbx for dissipation of marital assets if the funds came from his paycheck or from a joint account that the two of you maintained. As part of the divorce proceeding, you could ask the judge to order him to pay you half the money back.
