Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland
I have a friend whose husband has turn over all bills including advances for debit card to another person instead of his wife. She has no control over her ability to have cash. This person that controls all the money is an employee of her husband. They know all of their personal expendures. Many times when she tries to use the credit or debit card, they are refused due to lack of funds in the accounts or not paying the credit card charges. She has not signed any document alowing this person to controll her spending. Her husband does not give much cash tp her and she is very upset with this arrangement since he will not allow to do the bills as she did in the past. She never has enough money to support her children or household.
Can she take any legal action to stop this other person from handle and control her daily finances?
Does this person need a consent from her to handle all of these accounts?

Her problem apparently is that she has no independent source of income and is completely dependent on her husband for money. I assume they are together, so she's not in a position to seek sole custody and therefore child support. Unless she's prepared to separate and seek custody, support and alimony, there's not much she can do regarding her financial problem.
