Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

My ex has a full time job. He recently joined the reserves. He has a college degree and I hear that the pay is based on education and experience. Our child support is based only on our full time jobs. Shouldnt the salary he is getting from the reserves be included in the child support calculation?

Yes, it would be considered income for child support purposes. If there is an existing child support order, it would have to be modified by the court.
