My grand child

My ex wife for over 20 years told me I could not post picture of my grand child on myspace because she has custody of the child from my daughter. Can she do this? and can she threaten me by having me arrested for putting picture of my family on myspace witch are inocent pictures, of the day she was born and one with my daughter holding my grand child?

She may have custody of your grandchild, but she has no control over your property, which includes the photos. Tell her to lighten up.
