Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland
does the ground still count?
Two years ago, he moved out and asked for a divorce after she found his email which can prove that he committed adultery. If he file a divorce, does the adultery ground still countcan and so that she can get a large portion of their assets? Is any difference if she files?

If he files first she can counterfile based on adultery. This doesn't guarantee her the lion's share of the property, but is a factor that the court can consider when dividing up the property.
