Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

does the ground still count?

Two years ago, he moved out and asked for a divorce after she found his email which can prove that he committed adultery. If he file a divorce, does the adultery ground still countcan and so that she can get a large portion of their assets? Is any difference if she files?
