Head of Estate

I need to know if I can find out what mom step mom got when my dad died and how much...I also need to know if my brother and I get anything

If your father had a will when he died, ask the executor for a copy of it. It may also be on file with the Registe of Wills where his estate would be open. If he didn't have a will, the law of the jurisdiction where he lived would detemine who gets his property. But bear in mind that any property held in joint title with your stepmother would automatically go to her and would not be part of his estate.
