You hire a Maryland family law lawyer to try and unwind the case. If it was an honest mistake by the Court, then this should not be a problem. However, if you knew or should have known about the Court date, purposefully made yourself unavailable by bouncing around between various residences, or these is some other non-excusable reason you are not stating in your fact pattern, you are out of luck and will have to abide by the Court's child support order. Your failure to abide will result in you being thrown in jail.

Best of luck.*******The above is for informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client privilege.******
