Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

Hello,

I am getting a divorce in Maryland. So far I am pro se. My wife, however, has hired an attorney. My wife and I disagree on the date of separation, however, we agree on a lot of other things. I have created a document that ONLY covers child custody, child support, visitation and child health care. I did this to try to remove my daughter from the court proceedings entirely since my wife's only issue is the separation date. She has agreed on custody, child support, health care and visitation. I just need to know what to call the document I am drafting for her to sign about the custody, child support and visitation issue. I have called it MARITAL SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT FOR

CUSTODY, CHILD SUPPORT, CHILD HEALTH CARE AND VISITATION.

Is this appropriate or should I just call it Custody, Child Support, Child Health Care and Visitation Agreement?
