Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland
Hello,
My kids live in Ontario, Canada, and I live in MD US. They are 18 years old but going to collage in Canada. In my separation agreement it states that I have to pay till they 18 yr old. Please advice

If your agreement requires you to pay support until the children are 18 years of age, and if they are now over the age of 18, of what relevance is the country in which they reside?
