Are Non Custodial Parents Required To Cover Full Tution Cost, Continuing Child Support Payments and Heathcare for Children in College in the State Of Maryland?

Re: After High School What Will Expenses Will Non Custodial Parents Pay

Under Maryland law, child support generally terminates at 18, or if the child is still enrolled in secondary school, at 19 or graduation, whichever occurs first. Unless the NCP has agreed in writing to continue support, it would terminate under your scenario.
