Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

Home made pre-nuptial agreement

We made a home made pre-nuptial agreement stating that I would not make any payments of any sort and owe nothing to my wife in the event of a divorce. It was signed in VA where we lived for 1 year after but then moved to MD where we have lived for 15 years. How much percent less might a judge weight this given that wives usually get about 50% and could she argue against the pre-nuptial to what effect?

Re: Home made pre-nuptial agreement

Enforceability of the pre-marital agreement depends on compliance with the Pre-Marital Agreement Act. The agreement must be signed before the marriage. Enforceability has nothing to do with the sex of each party.
