second home

how can i keep my wife away from my second home? she has threatened to burn it down. she has and is treated for a mental illness. i have a pre-nup-if divorce is an option. but if not, does maryland have protection orders-and can i obtain it where i live-pa.

Re: second home

MD does have protective orders that are premised upon assaults on or threats to individuals with whom the accused person lives with or may come into contact. They require the person to stay away from the victim's principal residence, school or work place, or any other potential contact place. Your second home probably wouldn't qualify under this definition.
