My husband abanded me on July 4,2009 of last year. I have filed for divorce . Since then I have a boy friend can he get me for adultry

Not in any practical sense. Although in the strict definition of adultery, any extramarital relationship is considered to be adultery, when the relationship had nothing to do with the breakup of the marriage, it will not affect the outcome of the case.
