Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

My ex husband is court ordered to split child care and medical bills with me. He is not paying his share. What recourse do I have? Can my local child support enforcement agency persue him? Also he has moved and will not share his address.

You need to file a court petition for a show cause order asking the court to hold him in contempt for violating the court order. You should seek the assistance of an experienced family law attorney. If necessary you may income qualify for a low cost or even pro bono (free) attorney through your county bar association.
