If you are genuinely unable to work, you may only have to pay a minimal amount of support, with some deferred if you have employment prospects and are in good faith seeking employment. But if the judge finds that you are able to work despite your health issues, you will be required to pay support commensurate with whatever income level the judge finds you should be at. If you fail to abide by the order and are held in contempt of court, you could have your bank account attached, tax refunds intercepted, or driving privileges suspended.
