Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

my husband has decided that he wants to take a "break" from our marriage and has been sleeping at his parents house. I really do not wish to inneract with him right now. Does he have a right to come and go from our home whenever he wishes whether I am home at the time or not? He currently does not have a key to get inside but this morning he asked our 15 year old daughter to give him her key so that he could make a copy? Please help me understand what each of our legal rights are.
