Need Help

My Husband left several months ago and left me with the mortgage and household bills. He agreed to pay 1/2 until the divorce was filed. I make only 60k with no children, and he makes 95K but I can afford the Mortg on my own. He has stop paying and I have no realitives in the area I need help until the house is sold. He has asked to get back together but I want a divorce. Can someone please tell me what my rights are and who can help

You appear to have several options in this situation. Based on your question, it doesn't appear that you have been seperated long enough to file for an absolute divorce. You may file for a limited divorce, which is essentially a seperation agreement which may be enforced by the court. Once you have filed for this, you can file for temporary alimony. You may also try to work out an agreement with your husband and have a judge sign it to make it enforceable. Make sure to keep accurate records of any payments you make towards the house.
