MY HUSBAND LEFT ME AFTER 6 YEARS OF MARRIAGE AFTER HE GOT HIS CITIZENSHIP. i AM JOBLESS FOR 5 YEARS NOW WHAT CASE WILL i PUT ON HIM?

You can file for a divorce and seek alimony. Desertion would be the basis for the divorce. You can ask for a limited divorce if the desertion occurred within the past year, and after a year you can ask for a final divorce. Check with your county bar association for access to their pro bono program in which you could be eligible for a volunteer attorney.
