Re: What if husband do not return paper work

If properly served, your husband is required to file an answer with the court within 30 days if he resides in Maryland, 60 days if he resides out of state, or 120 days if he resides outside of the country.

If you haven't done so already, you need to file a return of service with the court along evidence that he has been served (signed green mail delivery card).

If he fails to comply, you should file a request for entry of default judgment with the court, stating that he was served and that he failed to respond. There is also an affidavit requirement regarding military service that needs to be included. Feel free to contact my office for assistance.
