Husbands was hurt in a workman comp.third party law suit

My husband was in an accident at work and he has a law suit pending waitng for court date and he ask me fo a divorce. The accident was three years ago and in that time I've taking care of him. If he divorces me am I entitle to any of the money?

It depends. You could be entitled to any judgment that is related to lost wages, however, you will not be entitled to any portion of the judgment attributable to pain and suffering or medical expenses.
