Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

Ifi I brought someone here on a fiance visa and got married to them and its not working out. Do I still have to follow the same guidelines as a regular divorce. Also we have only been married 2 years so she has fully applied for her 10 year green card.

Yes, the grounds for divorce are no different for you. If you have been separated for a year, you can get a divorce on that ground alone. Of course, there may be financial issues that come into play.
