is there a statue of limitations to get a divorce for infidelity?

No. However, if the spouse charging infidelity (legally, adultery) knew about it for some time before filing the case, he/she is subject to the defense of condonation, especially if the spouses continued to live together despite knowing about it. In other words, by taking no action and staying in the relationship, you are said to have condoned your spouse's conduct.
