Information on Significant Others

I was told by the father of my son that he was getting married. I asked to meet the significant other and the court requested him to make the arrangements. However, she refused. The Courts then said since she was a third party to the case they could not order her to appear in court. How can I get this women to meet me legally. The father has a history of dating transvestites and I believe I have the right to know who is influencing my child. What legal recourse and grounds do I have to effectuate my requests?

You will have to file a petition to modify visitation. You would ask the court to restrict him to on-site visitation (at your home) until you are able to meet with the fiancee. It will be up to the judge to decide if there is enough of a risk to the child in this situation from the prospective stepmother that visitation should be restricted.
