inlaws

wife is currently staying at her parents they are believed to be influencing if I can see my son or not we are not legally separated until my right are established anything I acn do to keep them from interfering

As long as there is not a custody/protective order in place that says otherwise, you have just as much right to your children as your wife does. This means you have a right to see your children and a right to have your children live with you. There is nothing you can do to prevent your inlaws from influencing your wife.
