Am i old enough?
How old is it that you have to be inorder to be able to dicide who get's coustody?

You must be 16 in order to be able to request a change of custody on your own. But the court has the final say in determining whether to grant your request, although it probably will do so unless the judge determines that it would clearly be detrimental to your well being to grant your request.
