Interest on Money judgment
recently I was awarded money judgment on child support owed. Am I entitled to collect interest on over due child support as we would on any other money judgment? If so, how much can we collect. Thanks

Interest on a money judgment is 10% per year.

Generally, in Maryland, money judgements carry annual interest of 10%. Under sertain situations, parties may have an agreement which sets the interest rate higher.
