Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

interrogatories

I am currently engaged in a fairly ugly custody battle to regain custody of my daughters. I want to do the interrogatories, and I want them to be as exact, precise whatever as possible. Can someone out there give me some real good ideas and maybe some examples to work with?

Re: interrogatories

Interrogatories are unique to each case. The judge will base the decision on who is best able to care for your daughters. For example you should ask questions about how the other parent provides for their supervision when he/she is at work if that's relevant. Realistically, you would be best served by consulting with an experienced family attorney to help you with the case.
