joint custody

we have joint custody. child with dad during school week and, mom three weekend a month. dad is not following court order. coordinator is ordered by court which, mom cannot afford to pay.

I assume you are trying to determine what recourse you have for Dad's non-compliance. It really depends on what he is ordered to do and is failing to do. The typical remedy for non-compliance with a court order is contempt of court. You would need to file a petition stating the circumstances.

The potential problem here is that you have a parenting coordinator. If you are ordered to pay the coordinator and have not done so, you may also be in contempt.

If you cannot afford the coordinator, you nay wish to file a motion to modify that requirement based on your financial circumstances.
