Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

I want to have joint custody of my son but I also want to have him full time for the next two years. What should I do about that?

You and the other parent must either enter into an agreement providing for joint legal custody and full residential custody with you, or if you can't agree, you must file a court petition. Contact an experienced family law attorney to assist you in either case.
