You will not lose equity in your house based on desertion. However, there are many other factors to consider, including having you leave the home not labeled as desertion. Contact a divorce lawyer, like myself, to protect your interests.

You will not loose equity on this basis alone. Other matters may occasion losses. Contact me so that we can discuss what you should be doing to protect your interests.
