Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

My name is Keith, and Im a Maryland resident. My wife and I are going through a divorce and we own a project care home that is funded by the state. We have 6 clients and are only taxed for 1 am I entitled to recieve any of the profits of this facility in the settlement we recieve about $1,200 a month per person

The profits from the project care home will either be considered marital property or it won't. If it is, you may be entitled to a portion of it. Consult a Maryland family law lawyer.
