If you made an agreement through mediation that obligated him to buy you out, it should have had some deadlines for this to take place. If you then went to court for your divorce hearing and that agreement became part of the divorce, and he is now in violation of the terms of the agreement, you can go back to court and ask for a money judgment for the amount of the buyout. You could also ask for the court to hold him in contempt of court, because the breach of the agreement would also constitute a violation of the Judgment of Divorce. With the money judgment you can attach a savings account or other asset in his name, or place a garnishment on his paycheck.

The division of marital property is an enforceable order. Contact me to enforce.
If you have an agreement which has not yet been incorporated into a division of marital property then an order is needed to enforce.
