Leaving Children alone all night

At what age can you leave a minor at home all night alone?

There is no such legal age; you have to use your good judgment as a parent. It would depend on the nature of your home and the maturity of your child. You'll be exposing yourself to a charge of child neglect if you do this and something goes wrong. I'd be very wary of doing this unless the child is a teenager.
