Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

If there is no legal document drawn between my husband and I and I take a job does that forfeit my dollar amount i would recieve for one year for rehabiltioin?

Rehabilitative alimony or spousal support is set up either by an agreement between the spouses or a court order. It may be modifiable (based on changes in your situation) or non-modifiable (so that it stays the same no matter what your situation).
