legal right over a minor

my question is if a 16 year old has gotten married. is it possible for the parents to get a restraint order put on someone that the child sees on a daily bases?

If you are asking whether you can restrain an emancipated minor from fraternizing with her spouse, the answer is NO. Otherwise, rephrase your question.

I do not see how the parents of an emancipated child can restrain him from seeing his spouse, but they certainly could obtain a restraining order preventing him from seeing some other individual, perhaps someone in the parents' household, whom they do not wish the emancipated child to see, if they have a valid reason why the contact would be harmful or annoying to that individual.
