Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

Legitimate reasons for Temporary Guardianship?

I want to go to school that can serve me a better education, but i'd need to live with my friend since my parents can't afford out of state tuition for that school. How can I prove that Education is better there for me? I KNOW it is, but I need a way to prove it. Is it a legitimate reason? Would I need a better reason than that to be granted temporary guardianship?

If your parents won't consent to this it's highly unlikely that a court will. If they will consent and the guardian goes along, it shouldn't be a problem.
